Directions to Our Office

Beginning Wednesday May 14th, 2008 we will be offering appointments at a second location (The Maple Center in Terre Haute) 
between the hours of 1-5 p.m. 

 Our office is undergoing renovation.  Please call or Email to schedule an appointment.  Feel free to call with any questions or to discuss whether a particular therapy might be appropriate for you.
